Holly Heller serves as a Staff Representative to the Board of Trustees. Holly is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the Director of Student Health Services. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from TCNJ.

For the past 25 years at TCNJ, she has been dedicated to advancing the health and well-being of students. Holly leads Student Health Services in its mission to promote optimal wellness, advocate for student health needs, and support academic success through accessible, high-quality care. Under her leadership, Student Health Services has earned statewide recognition, winning the New Jersey Institutes of Higher Education Flu Challenge for medium-sized colleges and universities for the past eight consecutive years. She has mentored and supervised numerous TCNJ nursing students in campus-based health initiatives, including the tuberculosis screening and influenza vaccination programs.

In addition to her campus role, she actively contributes to shared governance at TCNJ as an associate member of the Staff Senate, serving on the Elections and Constitutions Committee and the Helen Shaw Award Committee. Beyond the College, she represents student health interests in institutes of higher education statewide as an executive board member of the New Jersey College Health Association.

With her clinical expertise, leadership, and commitment to student success, she brings a valuable staff perspective to the TCNJ Board of Trustees.
