Requests to speak to items of interest must be received by the Assistant to the President (210 Green Hall) one week prior to the Board meeting. Your request will be reviewed by the Board chairperson to ensure that the topic complies with the “Protocol for Comments by Members of the Public at Board Meetings” (available in the Office of the President), and that it falls within the powers and duties of the Board. Your request to speak will be acknowledged 48 hours prior to the Board meeting. Requests to speak to agenda items must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance of the public meeting.
