Rebecca Ostrov ’02 joined the TCNJ Board of Trustees in 2017, serving as Chair from 2021-2024. Ms. Ostrov is currently the Strategy & Planning lead for Pfizer’s Chief Marketing Officer. She has served as Pfizer’s mRNA Influenza Vaccine Launch Lead, as well as Senior Director of Strategy & Consulting within the company’s Chief Business Office division since 2017.  Prior to joining Pfizer, Ms. Ostrov served as Head of WE Schools at WE Charity, a global organization that empowers teachers and students to change the world through service learning.  Prior to joining WE Charity, Ms. Ostrov was Executive Director of Grades 6-12 New Program Development, Strategy, and Partnerships at The College Board within the Advanced Placement and Instruction division. Ms. Ostrov’s career with The College Board spanned over 14 years, where she performed a variety of business functions including strategy development, project and portfolio management, and strategic planning within the education industry. Prior to joining The College Board, Ms. Ostrov was a volunteer with Cross Cultural Solutions in Woe, a small rural town in Ghana’s Volta region. Ms. Ostrov received a Bachelor of Science in Business from The College of New Jersey in 2002 and a Master of Public Administration from Baruch College in 2007.
